What is Comfort Zone ?
The comfort zone is a behavioral space where your activities and
behaviors fit a routine and pattern that minimizes stress and risks. Or it’s a
place, situation, or level where some one feels confident and comfortable.
How to step out of your comfort zone?
Start small, you don’t have to throw your entire routine out the
window to step out of your comfort zone, try talking small steps like driving a
different route to work, these can help you to get comfortable with discomfort
that comes from trying something new.
